Annual General Meetings

Grain Producers SA holds its Annual General Meeting each year within 5 months of the end of financial year.

2020 AGM & GrowingSA Conference

Together with Livestock SA, GPSA has made the decision to cancel this year’s GrowingSA 2020 conference given the Government’s new restrictions on indoor events in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Members should be advised that GPSA’s AGM will still be held on 24 August 2020, with further details to follow. Given the current situation, GPSA will seek to ensure that members can participate in the business of the AGM remotely, including by direct voting.

On 1 June 2020, the GPSA Board resolved that four Member Elected Director positions are vacant for election at the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Grain Producers SA Limited, being the positions occupied by Wade Dabinett, Peter Cousins, David Malpas, and Tanja Morgan. 

A call for nominations to fill vacant Member Elected Director positions has been issued to members.

Nominations for election as a Member Elected Director have now closed. A Notice of Meeting will be issued to members shortly.

The 2019 AGM was held on Monday 26 August 2019 at the GrowingSA Conference, Hahndorf.

2014

The 2014 AGM was held on 11 September at the Adelaide Festival Centre.

2013

In 2013, there were two AGMs. The first 2013 AGM was held on Thursday 21 March at the Mawson Lakes Hotel. View the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements are available on request.

The second 2013 AGM was held on Wednesday 4 September at the Mawson Lakes Hotel. This additional AGM was required due to a change to the financial year end for GPSA.
